Returns & Cancellation

Due to the unprecedented Covid-19 crisis, we are adapting our refunds policy:
This applies to orders taken from 24th Feb 2020 until further notice 
Returns: should you wish to return your order, we have extended the time scale to 60 days. Contact the branch to arrange a safe return, in the event a branch is closed, keep products safe and in original conditional until we can resume normal opening hours and lockdown has been lifted.
Refunds: should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund you.
Deliveries: Deliveries during this crisis will take longer, please contact the branch for clarification on this.

Once we have sent out your order or you have collected it, you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, provided the goods are with the original packaging and unused. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange this and you have another 14 days further to ensure the goods are returned to us to receive the refund. Chandlers does not currently offer free returns, so you must return at your own cost.
•  Refunding delivery cost; you will receive a refund for the standard delivery cost only.
•  All refunds/credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. During busy periods this may time period may extend.
•  Credit/Debit card transactions will only be credited to the original card used.
NB. There are some products that we cannot accept back because of their perishable nature, these include products like cement and plaster.
NB. Please see clause 10.6.1 of our Terms & Conditions  for more detail on the acceptable condition of returned products.
Please advise your branch by 1pm the day before if you need to cancel or re-arrange your order. Once goods are loaded to our lorries cancellations or rearrangements may be subject to an administration charge.
Click and Collect orders can be cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled collection directly with the branch.
If Click and Collect orders are not collected within 2 days they will be returned to stock and your account will be refunded/credited within 14 days.
